Just cause your license is revoked doesn't mean you're prohibited from registering for events.

I guess some people (like This guy, and Ghettoracer and our most recent interweb hero, that iflysolo guy) should just be thrown out and not welcome back. If the offense was serious enough to pull his license and he's put on some sort of suspension (1 year?) then that should mean all events IMHO.

I agree, but since I wasn't part of the review board for this incident I couldn't chime in on the penalties.

I was not part of the review either.I am not sure what the infraction to be banned forever is.I was curious if there was a suspension period and that is why I asked JJ.
