bingo! this is basically what happened. had i continued in my lane, i would have nailed the person at fault. instead i swerved to another lane, but couldn't outbrake an MR2 spyder while swerving.

Sure, maybe Rossi would have managed some amazing feat. I honestly feel that if I had done something wrong, I would have been deemed "at fault" by someone who was directly behind me... No? I think it's too common to come across many cops that are sympathetic to bikers.
