Update:

And I changed the clutch plates last night with andrew's supervision and/or mockery
It was pretty damn easy, I think I spent more time getting the clutch pulley thing on the cover lined up right than I did on the rest of the job. So, no more clutch slipping and its running great
I even rode it to work today!
