yeah i found that out too, the right shoes will do it and "heel-toe" is more likely done with rolling the ankle onto the gas for people who don't have a whole lot of room to move the entire foot (ie: what i do most of the time)
the diesel wish's actually is a good shoe for me to do it in (flat, i can feel the pedals well, and their not ankle restrictive) I need a stiffer sole than just socks, i'm thinking of getting a pair of low-cut wrestling shoes
