The lug nuts seem like they could have been loose, but they were just tightened down a week ago. The thing is, this is the same wheel the over the last two months has given me a flat tire, a tire blow out, and now the whole thing fell off. I figure it's still a little out of round, even though it felt like it was better, until like 10 seconds before it fell off. I'm also thinking that that could have caused the lugnuts to losen over the course of the week, even though I didnt feel much. I think its time to get rid of that wheel, from now on I will call it lucifer :twisted:
