Trumps appointees to the court havent been as conservative as conservative want (but you wouldnt know that through how they get treated) with their votes... true non partisanship (as the court was intended) in the modern age is not possible, but God forbid the D and R work together on this, we might get some. I think it would be an important olive branch of unity ... that isnt going to happen because there is legit hate for each side. but we NEED it...
BECAUSE the court could come into play with the election, 2000 style. you know since both sides are ready to challenge any result.
on a side note... the amount of "oh we arent going to take on that case" responses from the court lately has been super weird.
