Not just truing, re-tensioning. They need to relax ALL the tension on ALL the spokes, bring it back up to tension while destressing the spokes along the way. If they dont regularly build wheels from parts or some fucking high school kid says he'll fix it then take it elsewhere. alternatively, if the guy has a long beard and looks like a bike wizard you're in the right place.
