I also called the dealer to schedule to have my head unit screen replaced and have them look into the LED light flicker/speaker rattle, and kicked and screamed until I got a loaner. (Actually, I just asked nicely and they said "okay, you just have to wait until December"). So December 11th, hopefully the car will be almost back to not being broken and shitty, at least for a little bit.

"Mr. Johnson, I don't remember talking about a loaner with you. Both are unavailable."

I'm sitting at the dealership right now plotting how I'm going to burn it down.
