Blows my mind.
I've had my current 15" macbook for 3 years and it has caused me 0 minutes of headache the entire time I've owned it and browsing ebay, its worth about half of what I paid for it if I sold it today. Neither of those things are true with PC's and meanwhile my parents have gone through 2 Dells with endless tech support calls for failed hardware.
And, bonus, the macbook integrates so cleanly with the other jesus-Devices and its really nice to have that. I can airplay stuff to my apple TV, airdrop files, and so on. Yes, I know I could get a $30 chromecast to do similar things, but its nice that all of this stuff works out of the box.
These things are worth it to me to spend more money up front. Diff'rent strokes.
