I drink whole milk too because diabetes runs in my family but I go to the gym so it helps keep me a little less fat

When they put an expiration date on a gallon of milk a week from now so I'll never use it before it goes bad but the quarts are like a month from now, so I have to end up buying more expensive quarts all the time

Is it a problem if I drink a gallon of milk a week on my own?

Whoa haha...I drink organic whole milk so I'd be fat as crap
