The cool thing about the RX is that the sights cowitness, so even if the mrds is off, you still have your sight picture AND you can take it off with two screws and they sell a plate to place overtop.
But frankly, I think this is the way pistols are going, it's a way more natural way to aim, 100% easier for noobs, and at-worst is "no detriment" to experienced shooters. Some people who have been shooting a long time can't get the hang of it but literaly everyone else is faster and more accurate with a reflex sight, and the technology is finally here to make the sights not self destruct when the slide reciprocates.
