I think Ryan said it best, there are always dealers you can find out there that don't charge markups you just have to be patient and do your research and then negotiate in shipping etc. from there.
The Jag dealer I bought from in Waukesha ships their cars all over the world. They said Mongolia believe it or not has been a hot market for them lately... :dunno:
