My folks have had bad time after bad time with Dell laptops. Not sure whats going on there.... the new samsungs look really nice tho. I told them to buy one of those.

Inspiron's? They are the sketchy dell line. if you stick with the latitudes it should be a much better experience. new xps have been getting solid reviews also, we've had a few seed units here for testing and they've been solid so far.

Sorry, yeah that's what i meant. Latitude is the Dell business line which is good, if a little uninspired.
