The count when I just asked Anthony was around 40 members. I agree with you to a point. People always say they'll do this this and that, but half the time no one steps up to do it. 4 may not be enough in certain situations unless like you said students are willing to help out which do, but therr was this year people bitch saying the officers shouldn't be asking for students help. It just is never a win-win situation it seems like.
