Get one of these too, it will allow you to overclock the 4790k a good bit and still keep it cool. Even if you don't it will still run way cooler than the stock heatsink/fan. I have a similar Asus mobo and it doesn't like how slow the upgraded fan runs so you'll probably have to lower you cpu fan alert in the bios if you do get one.
