How do you do your work?

I bought a platform for my monitor/keyboard that has adjustable height so I can stand up and sit down whenever at work:

I also got a motorized stand up desk for my home office. Ikea just started selling it recently, and it only costs about $130 more than the Varidesk platform. Was pretty easy to put together too.

Since I've started standing at work I don't have sciatica pain anymore and my back feels way better. Now I just need to get some weights and do squats while at work.
