Debbie is the coordinator of scheduling so there is really no one else to talk to or a technical supervisor of her unless we complain to the university higher ups which I highly doubt they care haha. But, we can always try if we think it is necessary.

Everyone has a boss. Hers can't be that far away.

Well, if you don't ask the question, the answer is always "no". I would be thinking about all of the ways it might be possible to have a show on Saturday and ask about every one of them. You have nothing to lose at this point. Worst case if you complicate the lives of the the bureaucrats you are dealing with, they will think twice about being dismissive next time you approach them.
