yeah, I don't think BWS would alter a carfax, but I'm with Julie, I've given them an assload of my own money, and brought them a goodly amount of business, and then one day they were like 'Well MSRP plus market adjustment makes this car $X', while the dealer in Staunton said, for the same car, "How do you feel about invoice, oh and here's some Taylor Swift tickets."
