Got some free bumper mods this afternoon (speed holes and weight reduction by paint removal). Nobody was hurt fortunately, it was a pretty low speed impact but the guy behind me never stopped while I was in front of him at a stoplight.

In an attempt to turn lemons into lemonade, I am going to see if I can get my bumper replaced with a 2012+ bumper with diffuser since they're pretty much the same price. That would check one mod off of my list. Fortunately I got a good lead on a solid body shop here, most local exotics are taken there for work and it is the only shop in the Charlotte area that is capable of working on all aluminum bodies (like in the S8). Will update after I get a chance to talk to them next week!
