you had me rolling at "watch rental." couldn't finish reading from the floor.

i just can't take expensive watches seriously because they look no better than something you can get for $100 and they tell time no better than something you can get for $5.

one of few hobbies i cannot understand no matter how hard i try. i'm actually trying to think of others and can't.

and... i lied. i did get to the end. back on the floor at "concierges who help you buy stuff."

Why have a sports car? It burns gas worse, it's loud, it's expensive, and it doesn't get you anywhere faster because of speeding limits. Personal enjoyment...

While I agree with you, I believe the counter would be:

Yes, but I can take my sports car to a race track and/or Autox and use it to its full capability AND still use it for normal functions. I can't take the watch to anything of that nature, it just tells time.
