I just read this, and it gets a big W.T.F.
So please explain how having an interesting party gives the club a "bad image"

It's your guys party, so do as you will. I have to agree with Evan though, the MM parties have always been the most "interesting" party of the year for me, and it's the only party that I actually set time aside to attend. Poles, anything for money, fog machines, they are just interesting props. People, women included, come to parties looking for something "different." The whole "standing around, drinking beer and watching pong" thing gets old after the 10th time. Give your guests something to look forward to, something that will make your party stand out in their memories a year from now. Build a slip and slide, fill a pool with whip cream, build a cage, build a bar, none of which explicitly imply "horney guys." How many NYC clubs have stages, cages, and other "attractions"? --> Lots! And you can't tell me that the women don't enjoy it...
