330i ZHP for $12k. AWD/FWD/RWD doesnt matter for snow really, put on good snow tires and you're done. Or, save a little coin with an earlier 330i... its what you know, and they're good cars.
That is a good price, and you're right, if I budgeted for a set of winter wheels/tires the RWD concern is taken care of, and if anyone can keep an E46 from dying, its this guy.
I wouldn't pay the premium for the ZHP, at the end of the day its just a cosmetic treatment and 10 extra horsepower over a 330i sport pack. I think the suspension might be a little different, but its just going to be a commuter.
