This didn't really surprise me at all. For a GSM/HSPA+ phone, then can sell that world wide. For an LTE, not only are they limited to either the US or the highly competitive SoKo markets, but then they have to deal with gaylord vendor locks. (Which is the problem I'm having now with my CDMA carrier...if the technologies are compatible, why do I have to jump through hoops?)
