Got the new phone. It's nice. Can't put it up against the S3, which is apparently its toughest competitor...
Ridiculously lightweight. Pretty much disappears in your pocket.
Very fast. I was on a 4 so according to marketing, this is 4x faster. I don't think I'd call them liars.
The new connector is nice, but fuck that noise in general. I now have 435345 useless cords unless I buy $30 adapters for them. Those adapters aren't even for sale yet. Nor are extra cords. So I have to f'ing tote my new cord between home and work. And I have to pay $30 to continue using my $100 clock radio that is a few years old. Shit situation is shitty.
Apple maps suck, but maps.google.com still works.
But the phone? It's pretty nice. I'm happy.
