I hate on ASTs because of their marketing. They advertise as track suspensions and racing etc etc. My friend tried to get his warrantied when they blew up (they dont like to be bounced off curbing a lot) and they refused, saying the ASTs are not race shocks and therefore wouldnt be covered. Total Bullshit. Also had at least 3 people I know blow em up on track. For daily driving/occasional track/autocross? Yeah they are better than 99% in their price range.

I found the E46 M3 has a really stiff suspension stock too! Glad to see your out there enjoying it!
