I get seriously bummed out when I hear after the fact.. ohhh I swaped this out, put in this part, worked on this. I really need to hear about these things from people (simple as giving me or one of the officers a call, posting it up on FB, or on the forums) and we can spread the word like wildfire and go have a fun time.

Well said, but when you aren't posting much yourself, it doesn't really go a long way to um, foster more involvement from members.
