I WD-40 everything underneath and finally got it moving again, and then the damn hood latch handle pulled off the cable. Ended up just cutting hte cable under the dash and putting some vice grips on it to operate the cable. tldr; my jeep needed like an hour of screwing with to get out in the snow Saturday
