Also, in the process of getting my VA CHP. Hopefully I'll get it in the next week or so.

How long ago did you turn in all your paperwork to the clerk? After I turned everything in it was less than 2 weeks. On a side note, it costs $10 to change your address on your CHP, same as a drivers license. Wasn't expecting that.

Two weeks ago today. It took me friend 2 weeks to get him, but it took longer for his dad. I'm hoping I can pick it up this week though.

Picked up a Kahr CW9 to use as a carry weapon a few weeks ago.

When I was looking at CC 9s, that was pretty high on my list, seems nice! :thumbup:

Kahrs were highly recommended by a coworker, who also works at Stonewall Arms in Winchester. My original plan was to go the route of the $350 sig that Rex found, but after looking the the size of the Kahr, plus the price ($439), and I could walk out the door with it that day, it was a pretty easy decision, especially since I'm kind of small and don't have a lot of loose fitting clothing to conceal a handgun with a double stack magazine.
