*shrugs* I'm just saying. Only time my insurance has ever gone up, is when I got a new car. Driver improvement for Rexy... And I've definitely gotten my share of tickets. None for a looooong time *knock on wood* because I <3 cruise control. (And PWC Cops, who generally have more important shit to do.)
