You should start a project thread to document the things you do over time; has nothing to do with modifying it. It serves as a good resource for future members and for current members is an opportunity to live vicariously/provide insight/share ideas. Plus, seriously, why WOULDN'T you start a thread to show off your new set of wheels.
Also, not being a downer, but if you saw the car and know for a fact that you're buying it, I hope you signed a bill of sale and put down a deposit. As somebody who has bought and sold a LOT of cars, I do not hold them for a week just b/c somebody says they want it; cash talks, the others walk... As the potential buyer, I know that you're getting your hopes up (been there many times) but until that key is in your hands and car is parked in your driveway it is still fair game for anybody paying greater than or equal to what you are; that is the way of the used car market. I'm not saying this to scare you into jumping into it nor do I want to bust your bubble at all, just trying to share some perspective on how the seller may also be working.
