unless you claim a drastic reduction in mileage; it's a subjective estimate, not fraud... :roll:

i personally think insurance companies should make you report the actual number of miles you drive and base your rate (or any increases) on an accident/incident per miles driven basis and your annual mileage driven...that ratio would be the true test to how safe of a driver you are .
