ha ha, I think I buy 6 stickers every race weekend to make sure I have enough....
No excuse for coming in greater than 10 lbs under weight. If someone complains about the scales for 10 lbs. shame on them. They should have weighed their car prior to practice and Qual.
I left Summit having 5 lbs to spare with fumes coming out my fuel test port, that is how close I monitor the weight. That is why I wanted to test the scales with the weight. I had at least 1 gal of fuel in the car which should have given me 10-11 lbs to spare. I still can't explain Sundays difference and won't try any more, I will run with an extra gal of fuel next month......
