Jumping red lights on a bicycle

I selectively run them, selectively equating to stopping at about 1 for every 10-15. The only time I don't run them is if it's a very dense area (dense by Harrisonburg standards) due to safety and perception. Otherwise, I use my spider senses to detect cops, drivers on cell phones, or giant SUVs approaching at 88 mph. If I'm not sensing any harm or legal retribution, I'm outta there. Momentum is the biggest reason.
