Okay now that I narrowed down the type of bike I was looking for thanks to your guys suggestions I found another possibility in the local newspaper (local to my home).
Going to have my dad check out a 2002 CBR600F4i thats near my house in MD to see what he thinks. Its about 10 mins away.

The paint is okay. I dont know if I like the letters but if my dad can talk him down and it checks out I can live with them. I def want to know WHY it was repainted though.
