Sounds like an ecu problem because of the multitude of problems, do jeeps typically have burned capacitors in their ecus?
I mean a serpentine belt could have flown off killing the alternator resulting in no acceleration and power steering going out without a belt. Doesnt explain how the car could idle though. Is the power steering pump electric in those cars? I dunno, troubleshooting without seeing the vehicle is difficult.
