Sometimes its just best to step back from a job when frustration sets in... the points spec in the first manual I looked at was .012 - .016" or .03 - .04 mm. I didnt really think about it, so I set them to .03 mm and then the bike wouldnt hardly run. I stepped back, ran an errand and came back and thought that the spec was really tight. Grabbed another manual and it should be .012 - .016" or .3 - .4 mm - the first bike had the metric conversion wrong. Set them to .35 mm and its much better that way. Test ride tomorrow
