118. Effing DMV requiring me to take a driving class because I'm under 20 and got one stupid speeding ticket. Not only do I have to waste a whole day learning how to drive...which is ironic since my ticket was on my bike...but DMV also kindly charges $75 for the course, after I went to court and payed their rediculously expensive ticket.

Cliff Notes: I hate speed traps and the DMV.
