Say I'm already at f/4 and that's as low as I can go (in Aperture Priority Mode) with the UV off I can get 1/60 shutter, with the UV on I get like 1/15 shutter (and a blurry image). I can't stop it down anymore right?
No and it's probably a limitation of your lens. Exposure compensation isn't going to help you because it's just going to make your shutter open longer. Are you using a speedlight (hotshoe flash) and bouncing it off the ceiling?
