this got me thinking...what happens when two people meet up at a red light with their oontz's oontzing?

Section 4, Paragraph III

When two or more persons (gangsta, crip, blood, thug etc.), each playing their music of choice in their vehicle, come within earshot of each other, Article VI of the MIHS Code of Conduct thus comes into effect, whereby a decibel showdown must occur. Participants solicit the nearest willing bystander to judge each participants sound systems MVL (Maximum Volume Level). Should a bystander be unwilling to participate or one simply cannot be found, Article VI states that a deathmatch must occur; participants are allowed to use whatever weapons are available to them*

*Note: If guns, commonly referred to as "gats", are to be used, they MUST be held at an angle parallel to the ground, i.e. sideways.
