i hadn't ever used some of those services... i gave them all 3s, but would have preferred an "n/a" value.

Reading comprehension fail, it says if you hadnt used them leave your answer blank. I did not use any of those to actually get my job so I couldnt help.

The one thing that might catch people out is the positive/negative ends of the scales flip-flop depending on the question. I know there are labels for reference, but I got halfway through before I realized 5 wasn't always the "best" answer.
