So Rex, Julie, Ryan Thayer, and Jeff Morrison are all coming into town (or will be here) today/tonight. Since they're all pretty cool people, I told them I'd help organize some sort of food-related event so they can see us students-s-s.
Dinner! Dave's Taverna, downtown! 7 PM!
If you can reply here or otherwise let me know that you are coming, it would be awesome. Trying to get a head count to reserve a table.

It was a good time last night. Sorry more current students couldn't attend, but Jake and David represented you well. Good seeing Lee, Goodspeed, Thayer( and Sam), Jeff (and Ann). However, Dave's Taverna is not what it used to be, so I'm thinking we need to find another place for group gatherings. Not only was the wait astronomical, but the service was mediocre. And then they tried to get us to pay a cover charge after we'd been there like 2 hours.
Edit: This was posted by Jule, because Rex feels the need to be logged into every computer he comes in contact with.

Good to see you all again too guys, glad everyone is doing well! I agree on Dave's...I've never liked that place. I'd be down for switching it up to someplace classier like Callie's or even something like Franco's the pizza place near campus.

Well, The Doors were playing so a 2 dollar cover is probably worth it to see the reanimated corpse of Jim Morrison play in a greek fusion restaurant...
