ok seriously... why are they showing support for them? 6v1, the white kid get the shit kicked out of him (yes i edited it)... and felony charges are considered too extreme?

who are we to say it was race driven? the only people who really know are the kids who did the beating. if they say it was race related, give them the law. if they're not, we're not really practicing kosher justice (innocent until proven guilty).

However I will say that a situation where 6 people are beating up one person is considered life threatening. They very well could have killed him. Now I don't know if it qualifies as attempted murder because they'd have to establish that the intent was to kill, but it certainly was a serious offense. I don't what the charge would be but it would have to be a pretty serious one.

Presidence set in law shows that anything other than a one on one fight can be considered attempted murder. Mikey rules doesnt count in court.
