Moving back to VA - BLINGMW - 05-13-2006 For those that don't know, Jess and I are moving back to Roanoke tomorrow. We're almost all loaded up. We'll be living there for at least a few months until we both have a job (Jess has to do a Bar review course and take that first) and then hope to buy a house. Maybe in Blacksburg, C-ville, Richmond... somewhere other than NOVA or Roanoke really. So hook me up if you have a job. Or house. We should be able to come hang out more often now.... hopefully Scott and Jen can keep it real in the ATL without us! :!: :!:
- .RJ - 05-13-2006 Where's the "box truck doing burnouts" pic? Good to have you guys back in Va
- NASAlaura - 05-13-2006 Great news!!.........And, MOVE TO RICHMOND!!! BUY OUR HOUSE!!! Seriously though, we are moving about 40 minutes North of our current house which is in Chesterfield County. We are putting it on the market in about 3 weeks but that is probably too early for you.....darn! It would be great if you moved to Richmond. Lots of NASA Mid-Atlantic people around, and we like to have parties! I have only one now, sold my parts car/sometimes driver a couple months ago, and the one I had stranded up here was sold for its transmission last year. NASAlaura Wrote:Great news!!.........And, MOVE TO RICHMOND!!! BUY OUR HOUSE!!! Thanks for the offer, but yes, a little early since neither of us have a job yet. Unless we can buy it now and pay you next year? The NASA presence in Richmond is definatly one of many considering factors, I just didn't find much in my initial job search that caught my interest. We'll probably make a trip out there soon to see what I may have missed. .RJ Wrote:Where's the "box truck doing burnouts" pic? sorry, just went with a large u-haul trailer pulled by Jess' parents. No diesel antics.
