CNET bandwidth has just reported to me that I am downloading at a lower rate than a 14.4 modem... this is day 2. YES!

It's a hardware problem between the JMU Network (and NTC) and Network Virginia. Check the weekly graph here:

NTC is no more they have been taken over by SHENTEL, they are no longer gonna be a part of JMUs network and will be operating under their own power, $2 million is supposed to go towards upgrading their system .
