I looked in the forum settings and didn't find a simple way to recolor the scroll bar. It looks as if it is tied in to the table bgcolor.

sorry i didn't get to this sooner, i use firefox, so I don't see colored scrollbars... it changed it back to default colors...

sorry buddy, but pastels are in now for trendy stuff like websites. notice mtv, vh1, the new ipod mini.. I wouldn't personally pick yellow and black, but i like the general color trend.
