I am planning to install a performance shock absorbers on my 2010 Ford Mustang GT. Are Bilstein Shocks' highly recommended? A friend suggested it to me.

Bilstein has been making good quality shocks for a wide variety of applications for a long time. I don't think you can go wrong with them, a set has ended up on most track/street BMWs I had. As far as for your specific application I don't know, but they often make slightly shorter ones if you plan on lowering a car.
