I have been in a few matches against really dominant snipers, but they are the people that were good in the original MW at quick scoping...it seems they brought that back. It doesn't help that you can spray and pray with the first rifle you get and get hip fire kills

So prestiging isn't as big a sacrifice as before. All that resets are the guns you have unlocked and your rank. As you unlock each gun, it still has all the equipment and skins. And with each prestige you get a permanent unlock to unlock a gun at all levels until the end of time. You can also prestige weapons once you max them. Only good for skins as far as I can tell.
So prestige away. I feel they've gotten it right this time.

And no, sniping really is worthless unless you're really good at it. None of the maps lend themselves to worthwhile sniping support. In previous games, yes, but this one not at all.

Had been eyeing Forza Horizon for a bit. When it dropped to $15 shipped on MSFT store on Black Friday, it was a no-brainer. Just installed. Will have impressions in a bit. If the demo was any indication, it'll be worth the $15 for the few hours I'll enjoy it.

I kinda like the new COD multiplayer, even though I hate sucking so much.
It's fast, responsive and the guns are kinda neat. Everything that sucked about the last one appears to be absent.

Yeah, it's much improved over the last. There's a lot of "neat" stuff that is really well thought out.
The prestige system, the weapon leveling... I don't really understand the unlock token things because I currently have about 20 of them and nothing to use them on. Seems like they didn't really need a system for that, but whatever.

Figured out why I was losing so many short battles and mid range fire fights... I had aim assist off. Haha what a difference!

So I had bought a Logitech wireless headset awhile back, probably a year ago at this point. It's been great because I can hear people sneaking up on me and it makes it easier for me to determine the direction of gunfire.
But it turns out this ENTIRE time I didn't have the microphone connected. I thought I was talking to people but I needed to plug in an audio-to-audio jack into the controller. Here I was thinking "These dickheads on LIVE never fucking listen." Turns out I've been talking to myself this whole time :oops:

Gotta admit, I was kinda disappointed in the BO2 campaign. Some parts were cool, but mostly I felt like I was just going through the paces. Since it seems people have moved on from this game already, I'm likely going to sell it.

i got it for $15. it's no test drive: unlimited, but it's entertaining. if you can grab it for $20 or less, i think you'll be pleased. it's like a less ricer need for speed. has a dose of project gotham...
