You obviously don't understand the process. Look at your driver's license, do you see an "M" under Class? If not then you don't have your license.

If memory serves the bottom of that piece of paper reads as follows: "This card is not a permit or a license and may not be used as such." So even though technically you could walk into the DMV right now with that piece of paper and your current license and walk right back out (as I did in under 30 min) with your license that has Class M on it, you're not legally a Class M Licensed Rider. You know you're rolling the dice so I'm not going to beat you up about it, if by some unfortunate circumstance you get pulled over before you make it to the DMV and you get an anal cop they could screw you over.
