An LS is a legit luxury car, nothing "sports" about it. If that's what you're looking for I think it might be the best luxury car on planet earth.

Aristos are fun when they have twin turbos, and exactly no other times. They're nice, but again, not sporty.

Damn it now I am looking at all kinds of LS460s Tongue

Good find. That's the Canepa Design car. They are all responsible for the eGarage CTSV widebody wagon.

Yeah dude! I seriously think it's one of the few cars that really pulls off the VIP look / youngmoney reummz

Whoever put that evil thought in my head deserves a Jaliscos burrito and twenty margaritas. And a racist taco truck

Re: New (to me) vehicle suggestions - SlimKlim - 07-18-2013

You're welcome.

Can I have my burrito and case of margaritas delivered in the taco truck?

Re: New (to me) vehicle suggestions - Jake - 07-18-2013

Alright, here's what I gather.

1. You care (a lot) about what your car says about you to other people. Hence, no Hyundai.
2. You want perceived reliability. No BMWs.
3. You spend a lot of time in said car and want an interior that lives up to the price point. See ya, Corvette. (also, who the fuck at GM approved a Cobalt steering wheel in the thing?)
4. You're okay with modifying the car to look like it performs, but you won't use the performance beyond street driving.
5. If you're considering a $60k car, you DGAF about what it costs to fill it up and how often.

Get an LS460, make it look dope and #LowIsALifestyle like the one that Rex posted, and get your swag on with your lady in the passenger seat.

Jake is probably correct. You should get a legit luxury car and then figure out what you want as a toy.

Re: New (to me) vehicle suggestions - SlimKlim - 07-18-2013

If you do it, you should totally bag it out though. You don't have to make it lay frame like the one Rexy posted, you could set it up so that you had a huge speed bump/rough road setting that jacked it all the way up, a normal driving setting that was lowish but not crazy, and then a hardparker setting to tuck a bit of tire if you wanted to.

There's just something about a full sized luxo-barge that begs for bags. The adjustability is too awesome.

Re: New (to me) vehicle suggestions - JPolen01 - 07-18-2013

Please bag an LS460 so I can live vicariously through you. Thank.

MadisonMotorsports, where we triple your budget in 2 posts.

You know Lee, it'd probably be better if you just give us power of attorney until all this blows over. We'll deliver a car and a few remnants of a checking account in a couple weeks.
