Well, had to go against my cardinal rule last night and switch to MW3's equivalent of Ghost and started using a silencer. It's the only way I could go close to 1.5-2.0 k/ds since I haven't learned the maps or gotten comfortable with the weapons and different game style yet

Just got home from work, where I spent all day on the phone coordinating shit for the move, and still have a half dozen items that need my attention by noon tomorrow. That doesn't even count the stuff I haven't been doing for my job all week that's needed by COB tomorrow. :lol:

I think Lee is slowly coming around to the "this game is terrible" camp. Yes, I may play it a lot, but that doesn't mean I enjoy it... I'm addicted to beating things and I haven't not beat a COD.

I will concede when I need to concede...you're right I am really not enjoying the multiplayer in this version. IMO some serious tweaks need to be made to keep it consistent with the old games. One / two shot kills from across the map with sub-machine guns (and even the standard auto assault rifles) just encourages laydown camping. All they really need to do is nerf a lot of the guns and FIX THE DAMN SPAWNING! I was spawn camped three times on that street level last night.
May give BF3 a try, rent it first and see how it goes.

Ghosted perks with a silenced red dot Type 95 seems to have fixed the KD problem for the most part. Been going 1.75+ -2.0+ the past 15ish games. Doesn't make me like the multiplayer much more, but winning tends to make a game grow on you so who knows. I do miss the marathon lightweight shotty matches from BO
Beat the campaign today, liked it per usual. Will probably get bf3 for Christmas so I can check it out.

Welp, had my first encounter with a shithead map hacker last night. He was below the map on the snow map under a container. After getting killed by someone I couldn't fucking see or shoot at three times I just quit the match. Hopefully this doesn't get widespread.
I finally unlocked the P90 and I'm doing a lot better with that. Don't even have the dual attachments unlocked yet.
Is anyone having any luck with the Specialist strike package. I've been playing with it a little bit but I don't know that I do better with it.

Type 95 silenced with red dot has given me the wins. I haven't really messed around with the killstreak rewards a whole lot. UAV, care package and some kind of helicopter usually does work for me.
